Service Manager – (AV)

NMK Electronics, a leading group of AV distributors in the Middle East is growing and in need of an experienced Service Manager AV industry. The successful candidate will join our service team to contribute in company’s overall success. NMK Electronics has recently joined a global Group which is listed on the FTSE AIM 100 market in the UK and so this represents a very exciting time to join us. The right candidate should have hand-on experience in the same field and should be able to Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair different NMK brands products.

Roles & responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair different NMK brand products Shure, Bose, Epson, Clearcom, Allen & Heath etc.
• Hand-on experience of rack customization and preparation of various cable types like audio, video. Lighting, data etc.  as per client’s requirement
• Forecast, and coordinate with front office for spare part  requirements accordingly
• Communicate with principle companies for technical support and able to provide customer support through phone on daily basis in required
• Increase customer satisfaction through relentless service which delivers customer satisfaction
• Able to train team member and demonstrate products
• Documentation, and good coordination with clients is a big plus

Education, Experience and Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s in related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in AVL industry is a Plus
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP system
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in one of the following disciplines Audio Video and Lighting
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
