Milan AVB Support and New MLN-192 Option Card

First come first served—the room capacity is 500 max, so don’t be late!

Milan is a deterministic network protocol for professional media, based on AVB. Milan guarantees devices will work together at new levels of convenience, reliability and functionality. In this webinar Avid’s Robb Allan and Chris Lambrechts discuss how the new bi-directional MLN-192 option card for S6L enables users to connect directly to solutions via AVB from leading audio manufacturers including L-Acoustics, d&b, Meyer, Adamson, and others. The Milan option card also supports connecting S6L consoles directly for Comms, to share stems, mixes, and FX returns. Learn how to install the card and patch it in the VENUE software, and then connect and patch AVB streams between Milan devices using The Hive application. We will also explore the additional possibilities when connecting the Milan card to a Luminex switch and detail network topologies.
