The ideal candidate should be an experienced industry professional, and must have an experience in techno commercial role and combines a passion for AV industry with a competitive and creative business sense. The candidate will look to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and build long term relationships with a willingness to travel regularly in order to work directly with clients in their own environment is a priority. Role and Responsibilities: To develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.To negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the leadership teams.To identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting newUse innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business in order to build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunitiesTake complete ownership of, develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards. Generate tenders and relevant document preparation, using internal the specialist Technical company resourcesRaise the company and business profile by representing NMK Group/Midwich Group at industry events, high level networking and promoting an image of professionalism always.Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.Able to assist the organization’s sales and growth effort by contributing to new customer acquisition. He should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitors’ activity.Liaise regularly with the Management to ensure they are fully updated on all sales activities and potential new business opportunities. Ensure that specialist functions e.g. HR, QHS and Commercial are advised of any new potential business to ensure compliance.Ensure that appropriate signoffs are adhered to when considering new business opportunities.Maintain records and relevant contract documentation in the support of tenders and re-bids for the Business.Deal promptly and professionally with all pre-qualifications / Tenders / Projects, and arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clientsSupport re-bids, variations for existing clients, and in writing new business proposalsMake cold calls for new business leads and keep prospective client database updatedMaintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the companyFollow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc. Education, Experience and Key Competencies Must have degree in marketing/sales or relevant experienceMust have experience in business account managementShould have knowledge of CRM/ERP systemMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the same fieldHighly motivated and target driven individual with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, communication and negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackExcellent verbal and written communication is a big plusLocal driving license is mandatory Vacancy Type: Full time Job Location: Doha - Qatar What we offer: Market competitive package This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an employee assigned to this position.
