Adeco Technologies LLC was recently contracted to design and install a tour guide solution at the factories of Nestlé Dubai Manufacturing LLC. The client required a system capable of providing good quality audio to delegates when visiting the noisy factory. A Williams Sound’s Digi-Wave Wireless Intercom System, which can be configured as a tour guide system, was the chosen solution and acquired from the manufacturer’s Middle East distributor, Nicolas M Kyvernitis Enterprises (NMK).

In addition to being setup as a tour guide system, the Digi-Wave system can also be utilised as an interpretation, intercom or team teaching solution. Installed as a tour guide system, the portable intercom system facilitates communication between the tour guide and the group. The system helps to overcome background noise and distance from the tour guide. The system can be used in factories, museums, tourist attractions, or bus tours.
